CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY A 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 48 hours notice, and no show to a appointment a $50.00 fee will be added. All Groupons are redeemed at the time appointments are scheduled. If you need to reschedule, your next appointment will simply be prepaid for you.
GROUPON VOUCHERS Groupons are only allowed for new customers, and only one voucher per person. We have ongoing specials with lower prices the same as Groupon in hopes that you will purchase the service directly through us so that we make full profit. We also honor any special discounts you might receive through Groupon, as long as you provide proof of the price. When booking a service after purchasing a Groupon, please choose the service that has Groupon in quotations and make sure to provide your voucher number at checkout. Appointments will not be approved until you provide the voucher number. If you purchased a Groupon, and do not show for your appointment, your Groupon will be redeemed, and a $50 cancellation fee will be added to your account if you wish to re-book. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time slot to other customers.
